To start off with, I just hit up Floating Sheep and their most recent post is about Wikipedia’s realtime (almost) map that shows you where the most recent changes to any given Wikipedia entry has happened. For example, the image below shows that someone in US just updated information about the number 7. Great, huh?

Well, anyways, that’s one really interesting thing for you to do with your time if you have nothing else. I’ve been sitting here for about twenty minutes just watching all the random things people from all over the world are editing. I tried to edit my school’s wikipage, but alas, I did it wrong so it won’t show up. heh. go figure. Wikipediavision is a really cool website. Hollaaa!
Anyways, here I sit in Chick-fil-a, possibly the greatest fast food joint ever created (yeah, I said it), and I can’t even call it a fast food joint, really, because that just doesn’t do the company justice. It’s more of a restaurant, let’s be honest. They bring your food to you for goodness sake. I like being here because a) the music is christian music, b) my roommate works here and is currently on her break and eating dinner with me, and c) the food is freaking fantastic. And if you have never had CFA, you need to just get your butt to the nearest one and sit down and eat yourself a chicken sandwich.
Also, today marks the start of my second week of this year-long commitment I’ve made. Week two. 2nd Week. I’m excited, because when I tried going week-by-week, I only ever made it to week 1.5, so after this second week I will have made it past my current record. I don’t know about you, but I’m freaking stoked for this. Also, I think I’m getting a little bit braver about everything because I’ve been searching around the blogging world and I’ve come across some great references for what I’m going through and ways to keep it going. I’m really excited for this, because it makes me feel like, “you know what, I’m not alone in this.” And I’m really not. So I’m happy for that companionship through that, even though it is more bittersweet than just sweet. What a horrible, yet wonderful, way to be connected to another person in trouble like this.
Anyways, rejoice with me as I celebrate going into the second week. Just rejoice with me as I make it to the next day, and the next, and the next.
357 days to go. (:
I like hearing what you have to say. (:
