Well. Here we are. I’m sitting on one of the four couch/giant chairs in the living room of Grandma and Grandpa’s house. The day is almost officially done, and our second night of sleep is upon us. Lucky me, I get to share a bed with mom while the sisters sleep on the couches downstairs. Apparently, I’m a cuddler.

This is how yesterday went:
Driving, driving, driving.
ARRIVE!
Allegheny General Hospital to visit Grandma.
Giant Eagle for groceries.
Sleep, sleep, sleep.

Here’s how today went:
WAKE UP! This is how — grandpa banged on our bedroom door three times (BAMBAMBAM!), door swings up, grunt, door slams closed, Gramps stomps down the stairs. Faaantastic. Mom and I just rolled back over and went to sleep. haha.
Eat breakfast, say hi to grandpa, try and get a smile out of him.
Do laundry.
Do more laundry.
Do even more laundry.
Do one more load of laundry.
Visit with family on back railing.
Help make dinner.
Help eat dinner.
Help eat dessert.
Help clean up.
Visit with family.
Send family out the door.
Take another trip out to Allegheny General.
Love on Grandma.
Sit on couch and watch How I Met Your Mother and type this.

I am tired. I haven’t worked too hard, though I’ve done a lot, a lot of laundry. And I’m about to do one more.

I haven’t really had time to process any of my feelings yet, so I’m just sort of floating through today. Maybe later I’ll sit down and examine.

Please continue praying for my grandmother, for health and for her to come home soon.
