So, I think I’m going to buy the C25K Plan and tracking/goal for active.com
It’s only $10, so I’m sure the tracking/goal device for the website will actually be worth it. Not only that, but to track my progress the way that the website has it set up? THAT will be a huge encouragement, seeing how far I’ve come instead of thinking of how far I have left to go.
So, I’ll be following the C25K plan, but I’ll be doing the running everyday. The first week is alternating 60 seconds of running with 90 seconds of brisk walking. It sounds easy enough, but I’m not getting cocky. I know I’ll be humbled through all this.

Seeing these plans and committing to them is, again, nerve-wracking. But I know the end will be worth it. Encouragement from anyone who actually reads this blog is welcomed, and needed.
