It’s Monday and I find myself again slacking with my FF posts. I don’t know if I can even remember Friday, so I’ll talk about Saturday and hope that somehow suffices.
On Saturday, I visited my friend Lydia at her home. It was a surprise. I brought her my left over 4Rivers (http://4rsmokehouse.com/), which is a HUGE sacrifice, if you don’t already know. Mainly because 4Rivers is the most delicious, amazing, incredible, absolutely the best barbecue the history of the world has ever known. And I gave her my left overs. Ugh. She’s so lucky that I love her.
Also on Saturday, my family and some friends surprised my baby sister with a surprise birthday dinner at The Willow Tree Cafe (http://www.willowtreecafe.com/). It was a really huge surprise because her birthday isn’t for another 3 weeks or so. We decided to do dinner early because Dad is leaving for France again for another 3 weeks, and he’ll be gone for her birthday. She’s turning SIXTEEN. Where did time go? I’m a little freaked out. haha. So, surprise, surprise, baby sister. Sorry I lied to you THE WHOLE DAY about things and asking questions to lead you into the mysterious and unknown territory that is surprises. I think it was great.
